Home Sweet Home

This weekend we enjoyed a productive time at the new house readying it for moving in.  We are due to close on the 28th of April if all goes well, a move up from the original May 9th so we're very grateful about that!  We can't do any repair work or painting just yet but have been able to do some heavy cleaning.  Thankfully, Joe's family is there and is able to work on the home when we are away as well.  "Many hands make light work" as the saying goes and I am truly appreciative for all the help.

Interestingly, while Noah, Joe and Joe's dad  were inspecting the barn they came across a handwritten note  hanging on the bulletin board that was not there prior to this day.  It reads: 





We have no idea who wrote it, but took it as another confirmation that this house, at this time was meant to be!  I plan on framing it and hanging it in our sun room as a reminder of a sweet welcome and ONCE AGAIN evidence of God's continued providence in our lives.
