The Greeks, Gods and Chimeras... Oh my!

An interesting read the children and I have finished as required reading for our Greek history studies this year.  "The Children's Homer" a classic rendition of the Iliad, portraying warrior Odysseus and the infamous battle at Troy and Trojan Horse Tale.  While a little over my eight year olds head, my ten year old LOVED it, absorbing every detail!  So many of the Greek legends fall somewhere between fact and  fantasy.  It's entertaining seeing parallels between the mythical gods and the one TRUE God.  Just goes to show how were were all created to worship, even if the attempts are misguided by the evil one.  Now, whether or not some of these mythical beings were literal beings  is up for some debate.


It is postulated that the biblical Noah's flood occurred because the world was evil due to the nephilium (or giant beings /demonic beings) that inhabited the earth, mating with women and creating these hybrids.  Could some of these mythical creatures been based on what developed during this hybrid period because of advanced technological evil?  It's interesting to note.  However, the fossil record does not show any remains of human/hybrid beings that were destroyed, but that still doesn't mean they didn't exist.  Archaeologists who find controversial remnants of what was, generally give first priority to the government to determine what evidence should be leaked to the public.  In the interests of "national security", it's probable that any such hybrid fossils would quickly be confiscated for further study. 


Hybrid humans are not just something conjured up by Hollywood, but something that IS a reality in scientific circles.  Chimeras are created in labs by combining animal and human DNA.  Also, since many vaccines are cultured in animal cells, we are also hybridizing our species into a much genetically weaker group by wearing down the immune system via injecting foreign DNA into our bodies.  Here is a link and excerpt to an article for info on these freaks of nature:

Creating yet more monstrosities in the name of science

Three laboratories in the UK were granted government licenses to play God with these human-animal embryos: King’s College London, Newcastle University and Warwick University. But what was the point of all this monkeying around with cross-species embryos?

The scientists claim it was to developing embronic stem cells that would be used to "treat incurable diseases." Yeah, right. What they really mean is that they would raise a secret lab full of half-human apes imprisoned in cages, then HARVEST their cells and sell them off to pharmaceutical companies which turn around and offer them to patients at a hundred thousand dollars per treatment. As usual, it's just another way to exploit living organisms (and put animals through medical hell) in order to make a buck.

Many people don't know it, but even today, entire rooms full of primates in cages are used to grow viral material that's harvested from their organs and blended with toxic chemicals to make vaccines. But now the mad scientists are playing around with half human embryos that could theoretically be used to grow ape men which are half ape and half human.

So, the bigger question is...is God happy with all this experimenting?  Are we in an age like Noah where humanity will be judged for abandoning God's natural laws?  From the beginning of time, man has tried to be as God and some theorize that this mixing of species is a way for people to attempt to transcend their infirmities and evolve into a higher species.  I shutter to think of the repercussions of all this monkeying around.  Man in his limited knowledge always fails when trying to elevate themselves above The Creator.  Hopefully, the madness will be stopped before the masses are brainwashed into acceptance.
