I ran across this study on how breast milk appears to interfere with vaccines several years ago and about fell out of my chair! The study in itself is a huge victory for natural health proponents who've known all along that breast milk (and NO vaccines) is the way to help protect babies from illness and disease. BUT the summary of this study is what is completely shocking! Ready to hear it??????? "Strategies to overcome this negative effect, such as delaying breast-feeding at the time of immunization, should be evaluated".
The details of the study are in the link below. However, the premise revolves around the rotavirus vaccine and how it appears not to bring up titer levels in babies of under developed countries who GET THIS...ARE BREASTFED. The study goes on to say that the breast milk neutralizes the antibodies. The recommendation was to temporarily abstain from breastfeeding during a period of time around the vaccine administration.
So these women from under developed countries are supposed to do what in the interim? Give baby formula...then their natural milk supply begins to diminish and then can't nurse AT ALL?! Also, the obvious question isn't being asked...why do scientists think that breastfeeding is neutralizing the antibodies? I'll answer that...because breast milk has been around since humans were created, has an innate intelligence because the CREATOR was an intelligent designer AND because breast milk is full of enzymes, probiotics and natural antigens which CAN neutralize the bad bugs in our bodies. It's not rocket science, really. Injecting the rota virus into a person forces the body to try and get rid of the virus...breast milk from the mother (who has developed antibodies naturally to all sorts of bugs) passes this onto her baby until the baby's immune system is fully developed. Mother is the life-line to a baby on many levels...especially protecting them from disease...NOT the vaccines. I like how this article puts it:
