It's Field Day Time!

It's that time of year, when most schools are winding down or have ended for the year.  Included in the ritual of end-of-year activities is the racing, jumping and climbing fun of field day!  Oh how I cherish those memories.  Thankfully, homeschoolers too can enjoy this wholesome occasion.  This field day was rather nontraditional with most activities centered on team building.  Since all grade school ages participated, they were organized by multi-aged teams for fairness.  It was a creative and exciting time for all the children, who played hard and were challenged with some unique skills.
