Reflecting upon this past July 4th, I was reminded of what freedoms we have and the ones we seem to be loosing at warp speed with every passing year. I won't get into that laundry list, but felt the need to highlight the INSANE treatment of the airline industry in this country
There are many things to get all worked up over anymore, and believe me I could have gone postal long ago when I realized the lack of truth that remains in this world. Mirages of truth remain leaving most Americans blinded to the greed and lust for power that really dominates every aspect of our lives.
Government, corporations, drug companies...they're all the same. The goal is to make mega bucks and dominate people...even for the sake of population control (eugenics). Oops, there I go again sounding conspiratorial! It's true though...go research it yourself.
The controversial naked body scanners being implemented at an alarming rate in airports are just one of the many aspects of tyranny that completely violates our human rights to privacy AND health. These machines are being pushed on us much like the vaccine schedule... rooted in poor science and large pockets. Oh you'll hear the spin about how safe these machines are....and that they do not store naked pictures of you or your children in their database...but both are complete lies. I won't get into the particulars of how I know these are lies because I've done the research to my own satisfaction and feel sure that what I understand is truth. Even if you believe that the beloved TSA is "for our own good" and that these scanners WILL catch terrorists (which they won't unless it's staged), begin to think for yourself and analyze what this type of treatment is doing to our society at large and the freedoms that the good men have fought to protect.
My husband flies regularly and I worry about his safety...not from "terrorists" but because of these machines and the harassment he has to endure when opting out. Thankfully, he has avoided them all these years (blessings from YHVH) but they certainly don't make it easy on him. Last when I flew, I got patted down (molested) over 4 ounces of baby food...because of 3.5 being the "legal" limit (it was sealed mind you). Our children were not scanned or molested, thankfully. It's just a matter of time before these things are in all airports, stadiums and perhaps even public schools.
We've had to think long and hard about the risks/benefit of airline travel and how much garbage we're willing to subject our family too... and honestly, the choice becomes tougher each time. We love to travel and for now we may get by, but have to watch this issue carefully so that we will retain this power to choose. Reading the tea leaves... this communistic treatment will surely lead us down that narrow road (once again!) in order to protect ourselves and our children.

Cancer concerns mount over TSA body scanners
Airport body scanners like those used in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando may pose a significant cancer threat, particularly to those over age 65 and women genetically at risk of breast cancer, some medical experts warn.
Because the scanners' lose dose of radiation penetrates just below skin level, it could imperil the lens of the eye, the thyroid and a woman's breasts, said Dr. Edward Dauer, head of radiology at Florida Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.
"I think it's potentially a real danger to the public," he said, noting that even a small dose could be risky for people predisposed to cancer. "This is an additional exposure."
The Transportation Security Administration insists the scanners are safe and cites independent studies, saying the radiation levels are far below acceptable limits. Still, a growing chorus of scientists and doctors say that even a small dose of radiation could pose unnecessary danger.
The scanners in question use backscatter technology to create an image of a passenger, enabling security officers to see whether dangerous items are hidden beneath clothing. The problem, Dauer said, is the machines emit ionizing radiation.
"Ionizing means it knocks the electrons out of your body, which breaks your DNA chain, which can cause death or cancer," he said.
The TSA has installed about 250 of the scanners at 40 U.S. airports, including 10 Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Backscatter machines also can be found in the Los Angeles, Chicago and Boston airports and at New York's JFK.
The agency also uses more than 540 millimeter-wave scanners, considered a safer option because they don't rely on radiation. Those machines are in use at Miami and Palm Beach international airports.
After a PBS/ProPublica investigation found the backscatter scanners could cause six to 100 cancer cases per year among U.S. passengers, European authorities prohibited their use at all European airports.
That prompted a renewed wave of concern in the United States.
"Why would you buy a machine that emits radiation if you could buy one that didn't?" said Broward County Mayor John Rodstrom, a frequent flier who makes it a point to avoid the scanners.
At Rodstrom's urging, the Broward County Commission asked the TSA to consider removing backscatter scanners from the Fort Lauderdale

From the moment the machines were introduced in Fort Lauderdale, in May 2010, the TSA asserted they are safe for all passengers, emitting less radiation than the amount travelers receive during two minutes of flying in an airliner.
